Job Duties & Responsibilities: |

- Associate Degree or higher in Accounting
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, aggressive, good work
ethics, communication
skills, & a strong team player.
- Experienced in general ledger, invoicing, daily postings,
maintaining proper accounting controls and procedures.
- Researching/resolving vendor problems.
- Filing, posting customer payments via cash, check &
credit card.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills,
along with the ability to bring
continuous improvement to our processes as our company
grows.
- Be able to prepare Profit/Loss Statements, month end
financial statements and sales reports.
- Macola software experience helpful.

Inside Sales Associate |
|
| |
In this exciting sales role, the
Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for contacting
current and prospective customers, informing them of various
promotions available within the vending industry. Savvy
with locating potential clients from various sources.
The right candidate will be eager,
outgoing and have a willingness to succeed.

Responsibilities: |
|
| |
|
|
| |
- Coordinate with sales team on marketing
efforts
- Proactively telephone potential new customers
and manager current customer accounts
- Participate general marketing efforts
whether they are related to advertising, email and/or direct
marketing
- Determine customer needs and expectations
to recommend appropriate solutions and products
- Educate customers on features and alternative
to optimize problem resolution
- Facilitate the sales process from creating
customer quotes to order fulfillment
- Set up and maintain customer contact
databases

Qualifications: |
|
| |
|
|
| |
- Two plus years of sales experience preferable
in a similar field
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively
communicate both externally and internally
- Should enjoy speaking with customers
on the phone
- Excellent analytical and problem solving
skills
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency
- Excellent time management skills along
with the ability to work independently
- Ability to produce meaningful sales reports
- Previous experience in a related technical
environment a plus
- Prior telemarketing/cold calling experience
- Organizational skills
- Strong customer service and phone skills
- Strong computer skills
