Inside Sales Associate |

Seaga has an opening in our Inside Sales Department. Our Inside Sales position will be responsible for contacting current and prospective customers, responsible for processing customer orders via phone, or in person, and following through with the orders to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Each Inside Sales Associate is required to have an in-depth knowledge of products to better assist customers with their buying needs. They are responsible for assisting with any and all customer concerns. Will also be responsible with various administrative duties.
Must have excellent customer service, communication and computer skills. They must also be able to multi-task and have excellent time management and organizational skills.

Additional Responsibilities: |
|
| |
- Coordinate with sales team on marketing efforts.
- Proactively telephone potential new customers and manage current customer accounts.
- Participate in general marketing efforts whether they are related to advertising, email and/or direct marketing.
- Determine customer needs and expectations to recommend appropriate solutions and products.
- Facilitate the sales process from creating customer quotes to order fulfillment.
- Set up and maintain customer contact databases.

Qualifications |
|
| |
- Two plus years of sales experience preferable in a similar field.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and to be able to effectively communicate both externally and internally.
- Strong Internet/Sourcing abilities.
- Should enjoy speaking with customers on the phone.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency.
- Excellent time management skills along with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to produce meaningful sales reports.
- Prior telemarketing/cold calling experience.
- Organizational skills.
- Strong customer service and phone skills.
- Strong computer skills and effectively be able to communicate via email.
